The food was really delicious. Telephone orders went really well, unfortunately we didn't get the sweet potato fries, but never mind, mistakes happen. We will be back. ❤️

Once again I was very disappointed. The burger was dry. Unfortunately we were asked to pay again because the table was still reserved. You have scheduled 1.5 hours to eat and order a drink. My girlfriend ordered a second drink and 5 minutes later we were informed that we would have to pay in the next 10 minutes. In addition, we were only informed when paying that the card payment was not working. That was definitely the last time that I was in this store .. Unfortunately it was not an isolated incident.

Burgers and steaks highly recommended, if you are toying with the additional starter you should definitely be really hungry.

So I couldn't give this place five stars because... Well my last visit was not so great. Nothing to do with the service but the food was horrible. I ordered my steak medium rare. I got a Very well done steak. Not big on sending food back so I ate it anyways... Bad idea, the steak was unbearably salty. The steak was suppose to come with a salad and fries. I also asked if I could switch the fries for coleslaw. He said yes for a Euro more which is fine. I got my steak and coleslaw and fries... And no salad. At this point I was just over the meal in general. The waiter asked if it wasn't good. I just said it was over done but I ate it anyway again I hate sending food back. This is the second time I've been here the fist time was phenomenal. I guess it was just an off day.

Very good selection of menus, from starters to dessert: we liked the good selection of burgers and the side dishes ... the steak menu, which was reduced to 3 steaks, was fascinating. Mega delicious burgers and great ambience! The staff are really extremely friendly! I have eaten here a number of times over the past few weeks as I was in the region on business. Even a "cold" East Westphalia like me opened the heart with the great food! In any case, keep it up! If I'm in the area again on business, I'll be happy to come back!

Excellent steak! Rarely have I eaten such a great piece of meat. Unfortunately, I have to subtract a star because I had to wait over an hour for my meal.

Highly recommended, the food was very well prepared and looked very appealing. I would especially like to highlight the nice service employee who really understands and loves his work. Keep it up!

I was here for the first time today and I am absolutely thrilled. Despite the fact that it is busy, we were served decently and friendly. Won't be the last For such good quality, it's pretty cheap. I definitely recommend the restaurant. The operation is just great.

Cool location. A small but fine menu each for food and drinks. Good quality and high quality food. There are also unusual things with the drinks. Friendly and courteous staff. Prices are reasonable and not excessive. I would reserve there again at any time.

Promise not kept. Due to a long journey, reserved extra for 7:00 p.m. and arrived 10 minutes in advance. We were only put off several times that our table was not yet free and that the people sitting there were supposedly asked twice to vacate the table. To cut a long story short, after 23 minutes of waiting and the third consolation, we went somewhere else. Such a service cannot be recommended.

Packed, overheated and full of BBQ fumes. All my clothes smelled afterwards. Food is ok.

Food taste really great, desert also ! Problem is not that you have to reserve in advance BUT in 2 hours you have to leave the table,others customers are waiting,this warning you receive already at phone! Really??? A bad Management perhaps... Anyway, overall... satisfied regarding good service and food !

Me and my family wanted somthing to eat and stumbled opon Flames the food at flames was delicious and was what i would call soul food. My family had the bacon burger they say the burgur was delicious and had a nice amount of heat, I had the Mexican burger withe fresh fries and truffle mayo the one negative I have about this restaurant is that the serves was a littel bit slow but it was worth it in the end

The speciality of this nice Burger Restaurant is beside his very good own made Burgers the German answer to Coca Cola which is Fritz Kola. As the German Fritz its a German owned company who makes Coke da German way. Tastes very great even better than da original coke but please try it yourself. The staff is very friendly and da location in the Center of Euskirchen, purrfect for walking

A very good place to eat! The burgers/hamburgers were great, with nicely seasoned meat and tasty sauces. The NY style Cheescake was creamy. The staf was very friendly and the place looks great! The food chosen by other guests looked great too. Clean toilets also. Several parkings around, underground included. I recomend it!

Good service, tasty onion rings bbq sauce for me did not fit better sth based on jogurt maybe. Chicken salad amazing, chicken grilled, soft juicy inside and crispy outside. I did not like a herb sauce. In generał very good food and nice place.

Friendly and fast service, excellent food

I would really love to tell you how the food tastes if I've gotten the chance to eat it. But sadly I was standing in the entrance for more than five minutes with all the waiters looking at me and just going on. Only the chef tried to help me but since he didn't knew which tables are free right now he couldn't. I mean the waitress clearly looked me in the eyes and when I was about to ask them if they'd had a table they turned away. Several times!!! How comes the chef is better at their job?

Best burger I have had in a long time, fries are to die for.

My boyfriend and I were there a couple times and every time it was a great experience. The price is good and the food is also very tasty. The waitresses are really nice and offer a good service. They're always friendly and answer questions as good as they can. Overall the atmosphere is quite lively. I like to eat there because it has style but in the same time you can go there casually dressed. You can see a variety of clothing styles but mostly everyone is in everyday wear. We recommend Flames to everyone who likes to have a nice meal with a pleasant atmosphere

Great place, great environment and nice people. The menu is mostly hamburguers. We had a plate of small finger food to share as starter. American style very good! They also have good choice of beer and amazing sweet potato fries.

A nice burger place were efficiency is key. You don't have to wait long before you will get your food. The burgers are tasty and enough to serve as a meal. However the place is so focused on fast turnaround it feels a little impersonal.
